What’s Manifest Monthly?
Manifest Monthly is a newsletter I started in 2021 meant to motivate and inspire myself and others toward a practice of intentional reflection to cultivate the truest and most beautiful version of our lives. Throughout my life, I believe I survived some of the most difficult moments, in part, because of my intentional meditation and belief in my ability to live a different life. This newsletter is a glimpse of my own survival practice. I’m thrilled that I get to share it with you. Subscribe to get full access to the newsletter and publication archives. And if you’d like to see the former newsletter archive, click here!
